The existing house
A lake house gets a new indoor kitchen. The grill shows up later, on a slab that was never under the roof. From the water, the back of the house is two jobs.
This is the Windermere whole-house renovation, not the Lake Butler bath. The indoor kitchen, the lanai, and this outdoor kitchen were one drawing.
How this job is built
We walked from the indoor kitchen to the lake before the drawing. The outdoor kitchen went under the existing tile roof with the lanai, not on an open slab beside it. The wet room in this house is a different room on that same plan. Lake Butler is a different Windermere bath.
