Whole-house renovation in Lake Mary

The existing house

The indoor kitchen gets new cabinets. The lanai keeps the old screen. The grill sits on a slab that was never drained for it. From the pool, the house still looks unfinished, because three bids never shared a rear elevation.

Lake Mary houses in Seminole County often face a pool, not a Winter Park street. The renovation has to work from the kitchen through the lanai. If the outdoor kitchen is a second contractor, the rear elevation never quite lines up.

How this job is built

We start at the back of the house and walk inside. Kitchen, bath, lanai, and outdoor kitchen go on one drawing and one Seminole County permit. The Lake Mary renovation we finished is that sequence: rooms to the pool, then the yard, same crew through the walkthrough.

The kitchen opens toward the pool. It is not a showroom island with the rear of the house left behind.

On the same rear wall as the house, under cover, not a grill on an open slab.

Rear elevation

One elevation from the inside rooms to the yard, so the back of the house lines up.
