Design-build remodeling in Orlando
An Orlando kitchen finished with its pantry, and a primary bath you walk into without a curb.
If the kitchen and the bath both need work, they go on one Orange County permit. We come from Reunion. The first visit is at the house, and it is free. License CGC1531832.
The kitchen’s pantry used to stop at the doorway. The marble, brass, and cream millwork now continue into it. The bath used to have a curb. It is now one wet room with a linear drain, and the vanity stays dry.

Work in Orlando
Orlando kitchen renovation
An Orlando kitchen renovation — the pantry was a leftover room, so the marble, brass, and cream millwork now continue from the island into it.
Before: the pantry sat beside the kitchen as a leftover room. The island, the stone, and the millwork stopped at the doorway.
The pantry is no longer a cheaper room next to a finished island. The kitchen is easier to use every day.
Orlando wet room
An open Orlando wet room — linear drain, stone floor, and a shower you walk into without a curb.
Before: a tub, a curb, and a vanity that were never waterproofed as one zone.
You walk into the wet zone without a curb. The vanity stays outside the glass.
