Whole-house renovation in Orlando

A whole-house renovation in Orlando is the kitchen and the bath on one drawing. The two rooms we can show are not the same house, and this page does not pretend they are.

Orlando kitchen, one of the finished rooms in an Orlando renovation

The existing house

The kitchen shop finishes the island. The bath is left, or it is tiled by someone who never saw the kitchen drawing. You paid for two rooms and still live in a house that was not planned as one.

Orlando houses here are lived in every day, and the afternoon light is hard on finishes. The studio is in Reunion. The crew drives into Orange County.

How this job is built

We walk the existing house first. If the job is the whole house, the kitchen and the bath are sequenced on one Orange County permit. The finished Orlando kitchen is one job. The finished Orlando wet room is another. An addition we can walk you through is the Reunion second floor, not an Orlando box we have not built.

Orange County. One licensed contractor, CGC1531832. We pull the permit. You are not left coordinating the city between a cabinet vendor and a tile setter.

Kitchen
Marble, brass, and cream millwork. This is a finished Orlando kitchen, not a stock island.
Wet room
A separate Orlando bath. Open wet zone, no curb. It is not the kitchen down a hall we did not build.
Addition
The second-floor addition we can show is in Reunion, Kissimmee 34747. We will not label it an Orlando house.

If this was your project

Leave the review on Google, then copy one sentence to Houzz. Lake Butler was a whole-house renovation in Windermere with a curbless bath. The Reunion bath was a garden tub rebuilt as a roll-in shower.

FAQ

Permits, time, and the first visit.

Do you have an Orlando whole-house I can look at?
Not as one photographed house. The Orlando proof is a kitchen and a wet room, on separate pages, so they are not mixed into one gallery.
Do you build additions in Orlando?
When the existing house can take the structure. The addition with before, during, and after photos is the Reunion second floor. That is the job to look at, not a claim of an Orlando addition.
Who pulls the Orlando permit?
We do, under Florida license CGC1531832. The first visit is free and in the house.
