The existing house

Lakeland is Polk County, not a Winter Park suburb. This is the house we renovated there. The kitchen is walnut, marble, and brass. The rest of the floor and the outdoor room were part of that job.

We walked the house and drew it as one renovation. Island, range wall, and seating in the kitchen. Dining and living on that floor. The bath. The outdoor room and the exterior. Polk County permit, one crew, one walkthrough.
